Pay & Route Details
- $0.60 to $0.65 CPM based on experience, safety record, and lane assignment. Weekly gross pay varies by miles, route, and load availability.
- Regional and OTR dry van freight opportunities available.
- 53-foot dry van trailer operations.
- Non-temperature-controlled general freight handling and delivery follow-through.
- Driver should be able to manage bills of lading, trailer seals, proof of delivery, trip updates, and accurate shipment documentation.
- Duties include safe trailer handling, load securement awareness, route communication, on-time delivery, and compliance with company safety standards.
Dedicated Driver Qualifications
- Must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience required.
- Must be comfortable operating 53-foot dry van trailers on regional and OTR lanes.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical, DOT drug screening, background check, and MVR review.
- No DUI within 5 years, or 10 years if CDL holder at time of DUI.
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, no major accident within 5 years, and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
- Must be able to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, use ELD/GPS systems, communicate with dispatch, and complete delivery documentation accurately.
- Must comply with DOT hours-of-service rules, company safety policies, customer delivery requirements, and applicable freight securement standards.
