Pay & Route Details

• $23.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience, safety record, route type, and equipment assignment. Weekly gross pay varies by scheduled hours, route assignment, and load availability.
• •California and Nevada regional lanes may include Southern California, Central California, Northern California, and Las Vegas routes based on customer and dispatch needs.
• 23-foot non-CDL box truck operations with GVWR not exceeding 26,000 pounds.
• Driver should be able to perform liftgate operation, pallet jack use, dolly use, freight handling, and customer delivery support.
• Duties include safe loading, load securement, unloading, route communication, trip updates, proof of delivery, and accurate shipment documentation.

Dedicated Driver Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old, hold a valid Class C driver’s license, and be comfortable operating 23-foot non-CDL box trucks with GVWR of 26,000 pounds or less.
• Must be able to pass an MVR review, background check, drug screening, physical requirements, and maintain a valid DOT medical certificate when required by route, vehicle weight, interstate operation, or company policy.
• No DUI within 5 years, no more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• Must be able to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, use GPS and phone communication, complete delivery documentation, and safely load, move, and unload freight when required.
