Pay & Route Details

• $0.60 to $0.70 CPM based on experience, safety record, and lane assignment. Weekly gross pay varies by miles, route, and load availability.
• Regional and OTR refrigerated freight opportunities available.
• 53-foot refrigerated trailer operations.
• Temperature-sensitive freight handling and delivery follow-through.
• Consistent communication with dispatch and customers.
• Reefer unit monitoring required during assigned loads.

Dedicated Driver Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR or regional driving experience.
• No DUI within 5 years, or 10 years if CDL holder at time of DUI.
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, and no major accident within 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests.
• Clean driving record required.
• Comfortable managing reefer unit temperature controls.
• Able to track temperature-sensitive freight and delivery details.
